The announcement came right after the Indian Government banned over 118 Chinese apps along with the popular PUBG Mobile app. The Government has removed the app from the Play Store. As per the Government, these apps pose a serious threat to the security orders of India as well as violates the sovereignty and integrity of the country.

As an alternative to PUBG, Fearless And United-Guards ( FAU-G) has been released to substitute the Battle Royale Game. The Bollywood actor claimed in his tweet that 20% of FAU-G’s net revenues will go to “Bharat Ke Veer” trust. The Home Minister of India created the trust to solely dedicate it to all the brave Indian soldiers who fight for the country.

On the arrival of this new game, Akshay Kumar said: “Gaming is becoming an important form of entertainment for the Indian youngsters. I’m hoping that as they play FAU-G, they will learn about the sacrifices of our soldiers and also contribute to the families of the martyrs. Doing this, each one of us has the ability to support PM Modi’s vision of Atma Nirbhar.”

nCore Games, a gaming studio and interactive company in Bangalore launched this game. As per the company, Akshay Kumar will carry out his role as the mentor of the game. Much hasn’t been revealed about this game or its gameplay in detail. But it is clear to the public that nCore Games have strategized to fill the massive void left in the gaming industry by the PUBG ban.

One of the best features of PUBG was the ability to play the game on any budget phone. We will have to see if FAU-G will be able to substitute PUBG mobile completely or not. The game will be available in the Play Store from October onwards.
